Parent Consultancy
“The sign of great parenting is not the child’s behaviour. The sign of truly great parenting is the parent’s behaviour.”
Andy Smithson
Whether you are a parent, step-parent, guardian or carer of a young person, parenting is a great privilege, yet isn’t without its challenges. As a parent and qualified parent coach, I know the rewards and demands that raising children can bring. We are responsible for guiding these wonderful, growing beings, but there are no instructions or manuals. It can be all too difficult in the moment to find the right words, or act in the most appropriate way. Relationships with those we love most can sadly deteriorate. I would love to support you through some of those challenges and help you feel confident finding the words and tackling the issues which are preventing you from having better relationships and a more harmonious family life.
All relationships begin at home. As parents, we are all a product of the way we have been parented and as a child therapist and parent coach, I can help and support you in a caring and non-judgmental environment.
I am available to support parents, carers, teachers by providing six-week courses, or individual 1.1 sessions in person, or online. I can deliver sessions to a wider audience in schools or corporate environments.
